About the job
Provides strategic and operational oversight of a Futures and Derivatives Clearing Client Margins team, managing client margin obligations, payment controls, and service improvements.
What you'll do
- Lead and oversee the team serving as the primary client escalation point for margin settlements.
- Ensure margin requirements and payment controls comply with regulations, client priorities, and internal risk policies.
- Resolve complex settlement issues and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve client experience, efficiency, and controls.
