What you'll do
- Lead, hire, and develop the regional team; set priorities and drive business development.
- Acquire clients, deepen relationships, and coordinate the firm’s banking solutions, including credit and payments.
- Manage client and business risks while identifying market opportunities and ways to improve efficiency through technology.
