Leads the Pre-Approved Solutions team’s mortgage-servicing initiatives, defining and delivering capabilities that improve customer experience, efficiency, compliance, and business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead business analysts and manage cross-business initiatives, including requirements, dependencies, and resources.
- Develop and validate business requirements, reports, testing evidence, and implementation plans; oversee delivery and manage scope changes.
- Identify and drive process improvements, communicate progress to senior leaders, and escalate risks and issues.
