Payments XDLC Transformation- Senior Product Associate

What you'll do

• Help define lifecycle stages, roles, governance, and workflows for the Payments PDLC and SDLC operating model.
• Support pilot pod launch and enablement, and use AI and analytics to turn activity and feedback into recommendations.
• Partner with product, engineering, design, risk, controls, and compliance stakeholders to improve delivery and embed auditable controls.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, backlog management, and launch.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy; hands-on experimentation with AI tools and agentic systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of modern agile delivery and software development practices, such as Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, or CI/CD.
• Exposure to transformation or change management programs, or experience with engineering, design, and risk/controls partners in a regulated environment.

Pay

USD 99,750.00-155,000.00 base salary (New York,NY); USD 99,750.00-155,000.00 base salary (Jersey City,NJ)
