Provides trade management and settlement support to Prime Brokerage clients, handling trade processing, reporting, escalations, and service-improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Serve as the single point of contact for Prime Brokerage clients’ trade management and settlement needs across Equity, FI, REPO, and Options; process trade files and oversee end-of-day batch sign-off.
- Monitor workflow queues and SLAs, escalate issues or outages, and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with clients and internal teams on process improvements, train clients on technology and reporting, and follow firm controls and confidentiality requirements.

$85,500.00-$130,000.00 USD base salary
