Originates and executes commercial real estate credit solutions for U.S. Private Bank clients, from identifying opportunities and advising clients through credit approval and closing.
What you'll do
- Partner with lending advisors, bankers, and underwriting teams to identify financing opportunities and manage transactions through approval and closing.
- Develop product-growth initiatives and educate internal teams on CRE lending solutions.
- Monitor portfolio risk, market standards, and compliance; recommend policy or practice changes.
