Manages banking relationships for affluent and other branch clients, advising on suitable products, connecting clients with specialists, and developing new business.
What you'll do
- Manage client banking relationships using an advice-based approach and recommend products and services suited to their needs.
- Acquire clients through referrals and internal and external sources, and grow client balances.
- Connect customers with specialists and help them use self-service banking options while following policies and regulatory requirements.
