Leads data standardization and cross-functional process improvement projects across Finance Operations workflows to strengthen controls and improve operational performance.
What you'll do
- Own the Finance Operations data matrix and establish KPI and reporting frameworks.
- Identify and prioritize process improvements, then lead projects from intake through delivery and performance tracking.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and coordinate stakeholders to improve processes, controls, and client experience.
