About the job
Owns and improves the digital account-management experience for Business Banking lending customers, including payments, advances, communications, and self-service journeys.
What you'll do
- Set product strategy, maintain the roadmap and backlog, and deliver end-to-end customer journeys and enhancements.
- Partner with Technology, Design, Operations, and Risk/Controls through discovery, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch monitoring.
- Define and track experience and operational KPIs, and ensure solutions meet operational and control expectations.
