Defines strategy and leads delivery of digital capabilities connecting customers with strategic partner benefits, from integration and enrollment through fulfillment, servicing, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Set product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success measures for partner-benefit capabilities.
- Lead end-to-end delivery and partner-facing coordination across integrations, launches, operations, and reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance and risks, and drive continuous improvement.
