About the job
Leads product management for cyber response operations, defining the roadmap with operations teams and engineers to deliver products that reduce risk and support incident remediation.
What you'll do
- Manage engineering work and delivery, creating JIRA epics and stories as needed.
- Coordinate with application owners and engineers to resolve application breaks before their due dates; respond to audit RFIs for owned product lines.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data, improve user experience, and assess product controls against the firm’s Threat Scenarios and Risk Framework.
