Executes and scales commercial governance and performance management for Global Amenity Services through a data-led operating model that supports trusted reporting, pricing governance, and portfolio decisions.
What you'll do
- Establish consistent global KPI standards, governance, and operating cadence; produce performance packs and actionable insights.
- Provide cost-to-serve, pricing, and vendor performance analysis to inform decisions, remediation, and business reviews.
- Partner with Product/Technology and stakeholders to develop reporting, dashboard, and performance data approaches.

- 7+ years of experience in performance management, analytics, business operations, finance, commercial strategy, or similar roles in complex, multi-site environments.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, including KPI discipline, cost-to-serve and unit economics, and pricing levers.

USD $123,500.00-$190,000.00 base salary
