What you'll do
- Support updates to job families, levels, descriptions, career paths, skills taxonomies, and employee job codes.
- Coordinate job–task–skill mapping, validate data, and maintain documentation, trackers, approvals, and delivery status.
- Partner across HR, Product, Delivery, Data & Analytics, Risk, Controls, Legal, and business teams on downstream updates, readiness, and adoption.
