What you'll do
- Develop and publish scheduled executive and regulatory reporting; deliver ad hoc analyses and presentations.
- Monitor complaint and business data to identify trends, emerging issues, and opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
- Oversee reporting controls and documentation, and drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
