Leads and develops a commercial term lending sales team, expanding multifamily client relationships and business across the Northeast region.
What you'll do
- Recruit, manage, and coach Client Sales Managers and staff; support sales goals and talent development.
- Grow and retain client accounts, assist with loan structuring, and deliver a strong client experience.
- Monitor market and industry trends, represent the business at client and industry events, and drive Treasury Services and Agency lending growth.
