Build and manage client relationships at a Chase branch by understanding financial needs, recommending banking solutions, and delivering attentive service.
What you'll do
- Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person and by phone to understand needs and recommend products and services.
- Educate clients about digital banking tools, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, and connect them with specialists when needed.
- Follow banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
