Build and manage client relationships in a Chase branch by understanding financial needs, recommending banking solutions, and delivering attentive service.
What you'll do
- Meet with assigned clients in person and by phone to understand needs and recommend products and services.
- Help clients use Chase digital and ATM services, and connect them with specialists for complex needs.
- Follow banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
