About the job
Build and retain client relationships at a Chase branch by understanding clients’ financial needs and recommending banking products, services, and technology solutions.
What you'll do
- Meet with assigned clients in person and by phone to understand needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Provide attentive service, resolve client issues, and connect clients with digital banking tools and specialized experts.
- Learn banking products and procedures and comply with applicable policies, risk controls, and regulations.
