What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop Relationship Managers, setting performance expectations and supporting professional growth.
- Oversee portfolio management and support complex negotiations, client retention, and consulting engagements.
- Manage select key client relationships and advance payments optimization, collaboration, and process improvements.
