Leads credit risk decisions and portfolio management for Diversified Industries clients, while managing a team of credit professionals.
What you'll do
- Assess client and transaction risks, recommend credit structures, assign ratings, and manage deteriorating credits.
- Conduct due diligence, review financial models and credit materials, and negotiate credit and derivative documentation.
- Prepare portfolio reviews and financial snapshots, support staff development, and manage six to eight associates or senior associates.
