Guides customers by phone through Chase mortgage products and the loan process, converting inbound leads into applications while providing support and meeting compliance requirements.
What you'll do
- Convert warm inbound inquiries into qualified mortgage applications and document interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Conduct phone consultations and provide support from application through closing and afterward.
- Follow industry regulations and manage associated risks.
