Supports client deliverables and daily administration for private equity funds, including accounting, valuations, investor reporting, and year-end coordination.
What you'll do
- Maintain fund books and records; calculate net asset valuations, management fees, carried interest, and investor allocations; prepare financial statements and reports.
- Manage client expectations, delivery timelines, issues, and escalations while coordinating with internal teams, audit, and tax.
- Review governing documents and agreements, follow control policies, and support client projects and operational improvements.
