About the job
Supports and advances the Fund Administration product offering by executing product strategy, working with clients and internal teams, and overseeing business development, profitability, vendors, and controls.
What you'll do
- Execute product strategy and roadmap, including new offerings and technology development; review client change requests against strategic priorities.
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders and teams to support service delivery, track business opportunities, and handle product-related escalations.
- Assess profitability and operational expenses, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure activities are reflected in risk and control processes.
