Senior Associate-Applied Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

What you'll do

• Design, build, and iterate on generative AI and machine learning applications; evaluate them and use results to improve performance.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to translate needs into specifications and productionize, monitor, and deliver solutions.
• Apply responsible AI practices and meet model risk and governance requirements; contribute to technical roadmaps and knowledge sharing.

What they ask for

• Three years of experience developing AI/ML applications, with an advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or an equivalent field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience building LLM applications and evaluating AI/ML systems, including metrics, test sets, and experiments.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, machine learning, data mining, and information retrieval; hands-on experience with classical machine learning and deep learning.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks and generative AI ecosystems; experience with version control, code review, and testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic patterns or familiarity with Knowledge Graphs, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, Recommender Systems, or Time Series Analysis.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud services or large-scale data processing such as Spark.

USD 137,750.00-$195,000.00 base salary
