Owns complex, multi-day Chase Travel events from initial planning through onsite delivery, financial closeout, and reporting, while coordinating stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, and an Associate.
What you'll do
- Plan and lead event logistics, schedules, readiness reviews, onsite operations, and post-event reporting.
- Manage event budgets, vendor proposals, contracts, and supplier sponsorship fulfillment.
- Coach an Associate and coordinate cross-functional teams and attendee experience workflows.
What they ask for
- 5 years of progressive experience in corporate event management, experiential programs, meetings and events, hospitality, supplier engagement, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience delivering complex, multi-day events with senior leaders, internal partners, and external vendors.
- Advanced, hands-on experience with Monday.com, including boards, dashboards, forms, automations, dependencies, templates, and workflow reporting.
- Experience managing event finances and multiple contracts, plus vendor coordination and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Nice to have
- Experience in travel, hospitality, financial services, recognition programs, supplier relations, or sponsorship-supported events; sponsorship package and benefit fulfillment experience.
- Cvent or comparable event platform experience; experience in controlled corporate processes; CMP, PMP, or similar credential.
