About the job
Serves as the primary customer contact throughout the home loan process, advising on mortgage products and building loan origination relationships with customers and branch teams.
What you'll do
- Coaches and mentors branch staff on home lending products and services, and works with bankers to meet customers and introduce new clients.
- Partners with retail branches and uses marketing and lead-generation efforts to promote mortgage loan originations.
- Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customers’ financial needs and goals.
