About the job
Serves as customers’ primary contact throughout the home loan process, advises on lending products, and works with branch teams to develop mortgage business.
What you'll do
- Coach and train branch teams on products and services, and collaborate with bankers to meet customers and refer clients for additional services.
- Partner with retail branches and use marketing and lead-generation efforts to promote mortgage loan originations.
- Provide consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customers’ needs and goals.
