Serves as customers’ main contact throughout the mortgage process, promotes Chase home lending products, and supports loan originations through sales, advice, and branch partnerships.
What you'll do
- Coaches and trains branch teams on products and services, and works with bankers to serve customers and introduce clients to additional services.
- Partners with retail branches and marketing efforts to promote mortgage originations and create a strong customer experience.
- Acts as a mortgage expert, building customer relationships and making recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customers’ needs.
