About the job
Serves as customers’ primary mortgage contact throughout the loan process, promotes Chase home lending products, and drives mortgage sales through branch partnerships and customer relationships.
What you'll do
- Coach and train branch teams on products and services, and partner with bankers to connect customers with additional offerings.
- Coordinate marketing and referral efforts with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations and create a strong customer experience.
- Advise customers on mortgage options using financial analysis, product knowledge, and understanding of their needs and goals.
