About the job
Serves as the primary customer contact throughout the home loan process, advises customers on lending products, and generates mortgage business through sales and branch partnerships.

- Coaches and trains branch teams on products and services and collaborates with bankers to connect customers with additional offerings.
- Partners with retail branches and marketing efforts to promote mortgage originations and create a strong customer experience.
- Builds customer relationships and provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
