About the job
Serves as customers’ primary contact throughout the home loan process, promotes Chase home lending products, and partners with branch teams to generate mortgage originations.

- Coaches branch teams on home lending products and services and partners with bankers to introduce customers to additional offerings.
- Collaborates on marketing and lead-generation efforts and builds partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
- Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customers’ needs and goals.
