Serves as a customer’s primary contact throughout the home loan process, promoting Chase mortgage products and partnering with branch teams to support homeownership.

- Coaches and trains branch teams on home lending products and services, and partners with bankers to connect customers with additional offerings.
- Builds relationships with customers and retail branches, serving as a mortgage expert and supporting mortgage originations through marketing efforts.
- Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customers’ needs and goals.
