Guides home-lending customers through the loan lifecycle, originates mortgage loans, and partners with branch teams to promote Chase lending products.

- Coach and train branch teams on home-lending products and services, and collaborate with bankers to connect customers with additional offerings.
- Build relationships with customers and branch partners, promote mortgage originations, and serve as a mortgage expert.
