About the job
Serves as customers’ primary contact throughout the home loan process, advises on mortgage products, and drives home lending sales while complying with regulatory requirements.

- Coaches and mentors branch teams on home lending products and services.
- Partners with bankers and retail branches to generate mortgage loan originations and refer customers for additional services.
- Builds customer relationships and provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
