Serves as customers’ primary contact throughout the home loan process, promotes Chase mortgage products, and partners with branch teams to generate originations and provide mortgage guidance.

- Coaches and trains branch teams on home lending products and services, and partners with bankers to serve customers and introduce new clients.
- Coordinates marketing and sales efforts with the team and assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
- Builds customer relationships and provides mortgage recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customers’ needs and goals.
