About the job
Serves as customers’ primary contact throughout the home loan process, advising on lending products and promoting Chase Home Lending while partnering with branch teams.

- Coach and train branch teams on home lending products and services, and collaborate with bankers to connect customers with additional offerings.
- Build partnerships with retail branches and use marketing and lead-generation efforts to support mortgage originations.
- Advise customers based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and their goals; maintain customer relationships as a mortgage expert.
