About the job
Serves as the mortgage expert and primary customer contact throughout the home loan process, building referral relationships and promoting Chase home lending products.

- Coach and train branch teams on home lending products and services, and collaborate with bankers to meet customers and introduce clients to additional offerings.
- Partner with retail branches and marketing programs to promote mortgage loan originations and create a strong customer experience.
