About the job
Serves as customers’ primary home-lending contact throughout the loan process, originates mortgage business, and supports branch teams in promoting Chase lending products.
What you'll do
- Coach and train branch teams on home-lending products and services, and work with bankers to meet customers and introduce them to additional banking services.
- Partner with retail branches and use marketing and lead-generation programs to promote mortgage originations.
- Provide consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customers’ needs and goals.
