Serves as customers’ primary home-lending contact, advises on mortgage products, and partners with branch teams to generate loan originations and support homeownership.
What you'll do
- Coach and mentor branch teams on products and services, and work with bankers to meet customers and introduce clients to other banking services.
- Partner with retail branches and marketing efforts to promote mortgage loan originations and create a strong customer experience.
- Provide consultative mortgage recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customers’ needs and goals.
