Senior Lead Software Engineer - AI Development | Engineering Services & Platforms

What you'll do

• Own platform delivery end to end, including design, deployment, and production support; build data ingestion, dependency analysis, and developer-facing capabilities.
• Write production-quality Java services, APIs, and data pipelines on AWS, and provide technical direction to teams.
• Promote responsible, approved AI-assisted engineering practices, including validation standards for code quality, security, testing, and operational outcomes.

What they ask for

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Advanced Java skills and hands-on experience delivering data-intensive systems, including design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience building platform capabilities such as data ingestion pipelines, dependency analysis services, and developer-facing features.
• Practical AWS cloud-native experience (Lambda, S3, RDS, or similar); experience leading enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and coaching on responsible, secure use.

Nice to have

• Experience with greenfield architecture.
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions or designing scalable AI platforms; experience in financial services, capital markets, operations-focused, or highly regulated environments.
