Senior Lead Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Provide technical guidance, develop and review production code, and lead system design and operational improvements.
• Drive adoption and governance of approved AI-assisted engineering practices, including validation standards and SDLC automation.
• Influence product and technical decisions and contribute expertise and engineering practices across the organization.

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or Go; practical cloud-native experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development and coaching on responsible, secure, compliant use.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of statistical models, GenAI, and agentic systems for reliability or SRE.
• Knowledge of ML tools and frameworks such as Python, Spark, Air flow, and cloud platforms; AWS experience or certifications preferred.

Pay

$175,750.00-$260,000.00 USD base salary
