Leads performance and resiliency engineering for critical, high-volume Merchant Services platforms, improving latency, throughput, capacity, stability, and release safety.
What you'll do
- Lead load, stress, and soak testing, capacity modeling, performance tuning, and regression prevention.
- Improve production readiness through observability, alerting, incident triage, root-cause analysis, and durable remediation.
- Strengthen resiliency and safer releases, and optimize container workloads through autoscaling and right-sizing.
