Senior Lead Software Engineer - Solution Engineer

What you'll do

• Provide technical direction and lead end-to-end architecture, solutioning, and migration roadmaps for Trust & Security capabilities.
• Design and build Kafka streaming and lake/data-platform publishing solutions, with data contracts, governance, quality, and observability.
• Develop and review Java services and pipelines, and promote secure, validated AI-assisted engineering practices across teams.

What they ask for

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and applied experience.
• Hands-on delivery of system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in large-scale production environments.
• Experience with Kafka, lake/data-platform publishing, Cassandra, Oracle, Java, schema registry/data contracts, and REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong SDLC discipline and demonstrated leadership in responsible, enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development.

Nice to have

• Trust & Security domain familiarity, stream-processing frameworks, cloud-native experience (particularly AWS), or graph databases; TigerGraph preferred.
• Experience establishing reuse-first engineering standards across teams without direct people management.

USD 175,750.00-USD 260,000.00 base salary
