Senior Manager of Infrastructure Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead and coach globally distributed teams delivering voice, telephony, and video conferencing services.
• Provide technical leadership across Cisco voice platforms and Zoom Phone, and represent user needs in projects, migrations, and deployments.
• Own operational service quality, including incident and problem management, reliability metrics, and continuous improvement; establish auditable standards for AI-assisted workflows.

What they ask for

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience managing or leading technical teams across multiple regions and time zones.
• Strong enterprise voice and unified communications knowledge, including Cisco voice, Zoom Phone, Ribbon, SBC/SIP, Amazon Connect, call-routing troubleshooting, and Movius.
• Experience managing infrastructure engineering teams and collaborating with application owners, product teams, engineering, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading safe use of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities and validating AI-assisted recommendations against data-sensitivity, resiliency, security, and auditability expectations.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting large, regulated global enterprises or financial services environments.
• Familiarity with conferencing room systems, hybrid meetings, emergency calling, voice resiliency, telecom compliance, SRE, IT service management, observability, or automation.

Pay

USD 161,500.00-$210,000.00 base salary
