Senior Manager of Software Engineering - Sales Copilot

What you'll do

• Coach and direct software engineers, and advise leadership on budgets, technical approaches, and operational improvements.
• Build production agents, including retrieval, memory, context management, multi-agent workflows, and evaluations.
• Deploy and operate secure, resilient cloud solutions in partnership with product, business, and engineering teams.

What they ask for

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience, including 2+ years leading technologists.
• Experience leading technologists and coaching teams toward strategic goals.
• Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, operational stability, and production LLM-powered or agentic applications.
• Strong Python skills; proficiency in Kubernetes and Amazon EKS, production RAG, cloud technologies, and defense-in-depth security.

Nice to have

• MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with agent frameworks, A2A or MCP, agent memory, knowledge graphs, LLM fine-tuning, modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, financial services, Go, or Rust.

Pay

USD 175,750.00-$260,000.00 base salary
