Leads business user acceptance testing strategy and execution for Chase Travel’s web and mobile product releases, partnering with product and engineering to ensure quality and release readiness.
What you'll do
- Align testing scope, timelines, and release readiness with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders; create and execute end-to-end UAT plans and test scenarios.
- Coordinate test data setup, execute testing in Agile delivery cycles, and document and drive defects and risks to resolution.
- Manage multiple workstreams and provide structured status updates on progress, dependencies, and decisions needed.
