About the job
Facilitates and develops training for Chase Travel professionals, coaching learners and assessing their performance to support business objectives.
What you'll do
- Facilitate instructor-led training and maintain an active, engaging learning environment.
- Coach trainees, provide developmental feedback, and document performance against defined metrics.
- Administer knowledge checks, report learner performance, and collaborate with teams to update training as workflows change.
