Provides travel reservation support and resolves complex customer issues through research, negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams and external providers.
What you'll do
- Respond to travel inquiries, troubleshoot reservation problems, and resolve issues with a focus on root causes and customer service.
- Negotiate with vendors and customers on issues such as loyalty points, redemptions, exceptions, and fee waivers.
- Support and coach other Travel Advisors, monitor errors and escalations, and maintain tracking information.
