Handles travel reservation inquiries and complex service issues, working with customers, internal teams, and providers to resolve problems and support travel advisors.
What you'll do
- Resolve customer travel issues using root-cause tactics and coordinate timely solutions with internal teams and external providers.
- Negotiate resolutions involving loyalty points, redemptions, program exceptions, and fee waivers.
- Assist and coach Travel Advisors, monitor escalations and errors, and update tracking information.
