Supports internal and external customers with travel reservations, complex service issues, vendor negotiations, and guidance for other Travel Advisors.
What you'll do
- Resolve travel-related inquiries and issues through research, troubleshooting, and root-cause resolution.
- Negotiate with vendors and customers on issues such as loyalty points, redemptions, program exceptions, and fee waivers.
- Assist and coach Travel Advisors, monitor escalations and errors, and update tracking information.
